Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and other mindfulness and acceptance-based therapies. I help clients live their desired life by reducing negative emotions, changing unhelpful thinking patterns, and changing problematic behaviors.
I provide short-term collaborative therapy. I am transparent about the treatment goals and strategies and aspire to leave clients with lifelong skills that are sustainable.
Further, I believe the therapist-client relationship is the basis of therapy. I approach therapy with openness and positive regard for whatever difficulties clients bring into my office.
