About Me

I am a licensed clinical psychologist in New York, and have worked in the mental health field for the past 20 years including The Albert Ellis Institute, Montefiore Medical Center, Bellevue Hospital Center, Lewisham Hospital (London, UK) Kwai Chung Hospital (Hong Kong) and Queen Mary Hospital (Hong Kong).

I received my B.Sc. in Psychology from University College London (UCL), University of London; M.A. in Education in Psychology from Columbia University; and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from St. John’s University.

I pursued a career in psychology because I found mental health to be a neglected aspect of well-being.  I feel honored that my job is to help people live a more meaningful and fulfilling life.

I have lived in Hong Kong, UK, Canada, and now live in New York City. I enjoy going to museums and baking with my husband and three children.
