Starting therapy can be daunting.  I try to be transparent about the process and elicit regular feedback.  My role is to help clients reach their goals in a collaborative way. 


A typical session involves going through a problem in my client's life.  We work together to identify unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviors that may be contributing to the issues.  Then, we find possible modifications to these thoughts and behaviors, and find ways to implement them in real life.
